SysteMattic is a macOS-based productivity and analytics tool designed for journaling and data visualization. We provide the software "as is." SysteMattic is not a financial advisory service and does not guarantee any specific performance or financial results.

3. Subscriptions and Licensing

Access to SysteMattic requires a valid subscription or license key. Payments, tax collection, and compliance are handled securely by our Merchant of Record. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a standard 14-day refund window for initial subscription purchases if the software does not meet your expectations. Please contact support to initiate a refund request.

5. Company Information & Legal Entity

The SysteMattic application, website, and associated services are owned and operated by the legal business entity SysteMattic. For compliance and payment processing, we partner with Paddle as our authorized Merchant of Record.
